"Over the past 50 years, Ashkenazi Jews have consistently tested well above the norm in almost every IQ study. Some of the findings were startling. Looking at worldwide population groups, Jews appear at the top of the IQ charts, followed by [North] East Asians, Whites, Arabs, other Asians, Indians, Blacks and Australian Aborigines. Studies have set average Ashkenazi [IQ] at anywhere from 107 to 117..."

It seems that there is a difference in IQ between the Gypsy and non-Gypsy population that cannot be fully explained by environmental factors... The original homeland of Gypsies is generally agreed to have been [a low caste in] India (Fraser, 1998). According to Lynn and Vanhanen (2002) populations from India have an overall mean IQ of 81..."

This data may help explain why Gypsy/Roma people are notorious street beggars and pickpockets, why they don't clean up their slums as Lunik IX, why they face so much "racism" 3, and why Soros and the EU have been pouring money into "empowering" them through the European Roma Rights Center (1996-), which has been fighting cases of "police brutality" against Gypsies 4, the European Roma Institute (2015-) 5, the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (2017-) 6, the Roma Foundation for Europe (2023-) 7, and projects as the "Decade of Roma Inclusion". 8
I haven't found the time to work this information into a particularly extensive article (some of the sources still need to be added), but genetic IQ differences, brain plasticity, and epigenetic memory all are among my latest fascinations.

Another problem in western Europe due to Third World immigration is that many schools have lowered the standards or increased the number of school hours (not to speak of the overall decline in quality, atmosphere and safety), so that "everyone" can keep up. After all, "discrimination" is not allowed.
Also, a worldwide print-out of average IQs per race - which to a considerable degree are genetically determined - sure explains a lot in terms of the severely heightened crime rates among blacks and Third Word immigrants into the West that this site has been discussing. Based on all the data to be found on this page, I personally suspect an average difference of about 12 to 17 IQ points between white North-West European whites and pure Sub-Saharan blacks educated from birth by white North-West European middle class families that cannot be overcome with the best socio-economic factors from birth (85 vs 100). Comparing North-East Asians and especially Ashkenazi Jews with pure Sub-Saharan blacks and the average difference might respectively go up to 20 (85 vs 105) and to somewhere close to 30 IQ points (85 vs low 110s).
Very important to note probably is that these IQ differences appear to go for reasoning and problem-solving areas of IQ; not for working memory and processing speed, which appear to be roughly the same between whites and blacks. Take this latter aspect and combine it with (West-African) blacks' superior physical genetics - less fat, more muscle, more fast-twitch muscle fibers, higher motoric skills from birth, and longer arms - and you still have most components for a super-athlete (or super-criminal), from basketball and sprinting to boxing.
Yes, I purposely avoided mentioning that West-African blacks have higher testosterone levels, because this notion is controversial due to a lack of proper research - research that should single out well-nutritioned (from birth), pure black, West-African gene. As far as I can tell, this has not been done, quite possibly explaining the wide range of encountered results.
Apart from IQ, it appears there are also basic physical differences between races in brain capacity, the number of cortical neurons, pregnancy times and differences in genetic behavior, with blacks naturally being more outgoing, more impulsive, more aggressive and less cautious than other races.
Oh my God, what did I just say?! No, I didn't! Well, yes, I did. And until recently it's probably the last thing I ever envisioned myself saying. But the reader can look at the data below. All of it is backed up on this site to prevent making statements that can't quickly be verified.
Also, looking at all the information below, one instantly wonders how Sub-Saharan Africans and related Caribbean blacks in particular are going to contribute to the West's ever-increasing knowledge-dependent economy in an equal manner. They might be amazing athletes and entertainers, but for the time being they lag far behind, for example, in the tech industry - which is the first thing I checked. Then there's the problem that their crime numbers really are not sustainable for police and judicial services in a free, democratic society. Bring enough of them over here and we'll need a dictator with a repressive, militarized police that starts chopping people's heads off just to keep everyone in line. But maybe that's what elites are looking for in the end.
As usual, the pro-Third World immigration network of "liberal CIA", which is financing #BlackLivesMatter and the like, is stirring up black people by blaming all of their problems on white racism. But the numbers here - which the liberal media suppress with maximum effort - seem to reveal that something else is going on.
Also, only after I put together the basic compilation below did I notice that black people have never received a Nobel Prize for the sciences. That is, chemistry, physics and medicine. In economics, a slightly controversial inclusion in the science category, one black person, Sir William Arthur Lewis, did receive a Nobel Prize in 1979. 9 Considering how hard it was to find absolute confirmation of this fact, it looks like this is another stunning omission from the news. Either the Nobel Prize organization is highly establishment and racist, or something else is going on.

Once again, Jewish people are roughly 18 times overrepresented in this area. While only 2% of the U.S. is Jewish, this group has received 36% of all scientific Nobel Prizes. In contrast, black people constitute a solid 13% of the United States, but never produced a single Nobel Prize for science and only one in economics. With economics, Jews sit at a whopping 50%.
As usual, white guilt "liberal CIA" media outlets as The Guardian are even quicker to blame everything on racism 10 than black nationalist publications, despite the fact that for decades racism has hardly played a role anymore for black individuals who behave and dress properly.
Since 2000 Jews have continued to contribute about 27% of all scientific Nobel Prizes; blacks none. Hence, it looks as if something is different with the black race that most likely goes beyond mere culture and socio-economic relations. Certainly it should be clear that they have trouble functioning properly in white society, or basically any other society for that matter. 11 To be honest, I only have to walk through my own city to see continuous evidence of this.
As for Jews being so strongly overrepresented, it appears this is the result of a 2,000 year long emphasis on scholarship and interbreeding. This genetic discrepancy might be a tough pill to swallow, but it is nevertheless reality.
Within a few years, by the way, expect the creation of a Ford Foundation and Soros-funded "Committee to Produce Black Nobel Price Winners". Turns out, one of their key agents, Van Jones, for years now has been running the YesWeCode group in an effort to force black programmers into "racist" Silicon Valley. The elites know exactly what's going on and they'll do anything in their power to try and nullify any argument "racists" might bring up against Third World immigration. It all comes down to window-dressing, but efforts like these can be highly effective propaganda-wise.
RACIAL DATA OVERSIGHT
Key data has been organized below, quite a bit manually put together by this author to make this controversial subject quicker to understand.
Global racial IQ numbers: 54 (Kalahari), 102 (white), to... 111 (Singapore)?
The IQ numbers given in the world map below are averages of generally three different country studies. These studies all were manually collected by the author.


Maximum average IQ of whites: 104? 107?
The above map of global IQ scores, as is indicated, actually is version II: a 2024 update from the 2016 original. In this version the very first OECD Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) scores (reading 2000, math 2003) have been emphasized for West-European and English speaking countries, because test scores have been dropping dramatically right from the start of these PISA scores due to Third World immigration into Europe. Existing country scores were averaged again with these numbers. An older test showing IQ 106 for Dutch students, and not used in the 2016 calculations, was averaged as well.
The result is that most countries in these regions received 1 to 3 IQ points extra. Finland received 5 points extra, because it used to top the charts with PISA scores, corresponding with IQ 106. Germany stayed at a score of 99, which this author suspects is due to a large Turkish immigrant population already at that time. Spain lost 1 point, Italy lost 4 points, and Portugal wasn't lowered by a point only because it, rather uniquely in Europe, slightly improved its PISA score in later years. These corrections happen to be in line with southern European countries having scored rather low in PISA all these years, right from the start, and also economically have not been able to compete with North-West Europe. The English-Speaking world, apart from the United States, all gained 2-3 IQ points.
Interestingly, the scores for version II now are much more in line, and even an amalgam, of the rather detailed IQ chart below, backed up a few years ago by this author without doing anything with it due to the unknown source:

104 roughly is the upper average for a lot of north-west European countries. We also see the dichotomy with countries as Portugal, Spain, and Italy. Ironically, already a century ago, American Anglo-Saxon elitists had success in banning most South European migrants with arguments as:
"The Berbers of north Africa today are racially identical with the Spaniards and south Italians [and] the population of Greece. ... The south Italians of today are very largely descendants of the nondescript slaves of all races, chiefly from the southern and eastern coasts of the Mediterranean..." 12
This, of course, is a major exaggeration. But coincidence or not, IQ- and "economic power"-wise, all of Portugal does have 12% North African genes, south and west Spain has 9 to 12% North African genes, with only the north-east tip sitting between 0 and 3%; and Sicilians have an average of 6% North African genes. At the same though, Sicilians also have 37% Greek genes 13, with Greece always having scored by far the lowest in IQ scores among traditional western countries. In north Italy, similar to north-west Spain, people over the line look like tanned Germans and Scandinavians, with slightly different complexions. As for the North African genes of the Portuguese and Spanish, the following oversight shows this in detail, and also explains with which Muslim conquests these genes spread into these countries:

Today, of course, we don't need to worry about traditional Muslim conquests. White people have their own mysterious supranational government - known as "the globalist movement" - and it is wiping out white society's IQ and consciousness through White Replacement quicker and more effective than any African invasion ever could. As a result, none of the European IQ numbers above are accurate anymore for today, at least not when talking about the entirety of the population. As discussed in a separate section, by the mid 2020s overall PISA scores for the West dropped down to the mid to high 90s IQ-wise, due to Third World immigration.
Of course, this author is not focused on "country IQ" for the most part, but on "race IQ" and to what extent a country has maximized its race IQ through its social and educational systems. Needless to say, for white people this has been tough to figure out. PISA scores are great, but they would have helped more if they started somewhere in the 1980s or 1990s, with less Third World immigration - although mainly because it is very rare for "ethnic OECD scores" to "leak out". All IQ scores taken together indicate that a good education system with proper motivation is able to lift the average white IQ (back) to somewhere around 104 to 107, putting it on par with Far East Asia and slightly below American and European Jews. Possibly it could be slightly higher still if we employ a similar system of "overachievement" as we see in Far Asia, although, to be fair, this is highly undesirable.
Far East Asians: really 108-111 IQs? Or "gaming" the tests?
As for Far East Asians, we can complain about their culture of "tiger moms" and "kiasu parents", essentially torturing their kids into academic excellence for years on end, and subsequent ultralong working hours in places as Japan and China. We can complain that they too cannot solve additional basic problems, such as completely unaffordable houses in places as South Korea, even for a perpetually "overqualified" workforce 14, to not even having any time to raise much-needed babies. 15 We can complain about China selecting schools in its better performing regions to take PISA tests 16, while in the rural parts of the country "school attendance rates can be as low as 40%", with a 2015 test revealing that "only 6.2% of the Chinese people held basic science literacy." 17
We're not even talking about all the spitting and smoking, the vicious abuse of animals as dogs, cutting lines everywhere, and "mainland Chinese" pooping in the streets, in malls, at airports, Disney Lands, buses - wherever it pleases them. 18 Despite all that "non-culture", all of China seems to score IQ 101 or higher on average anyway:

We could point out that Far East Asians have problems with independent thinking, which, at least in Japan, we also find back in test scores part of the "reading" program in which students, despite having achieved higher PISA scores, continue to have problems with questions "to evaluate the credibility of information and explain one’s opinion while providing evidence", which "also had a low percentage of acceptable answers at 14.3%." 19. As a result, in the Japanese press, criticism has been leveled that "it defeats the purpose if the [government's] policy's sole objective [is] to raise Japan's rankings in PISA," because "what is required of education is for children to develop the ability to think for themselves and take appropriate action." 20
The situation in wealthy city-state Singapore, which seemingly turns out students with an average IQ of 111, seems even worse. First, there's the usual incredible amount of extra, private tutoring going around: "40% of pre-schoolers receive private tuition, ... 60% of high school, and 80% of primary school age students." 21 In the West, hardly any student has this. However, another key problem is that you can find number of Singaporean students online who explain that for a lot of high schools here, intricate ways of "gaming tests" has become the second national sport, apart from a maximum amount of private tutoring. Here's one:
"I'm one of the [Singaporean] people that got trained to game [PISA-like] tests and thus my results were extremely good, but the only academic subjects I actually had any talent in were Organic Chemistry and English (since logic is not a mainstream subject in school). The other results were gross overestimates of my actual ability. ...
"If you look at an exam question and the first thing you think is 'how should I answer this question', congratulations, you're a normal human being. The Singaporean 'test topper' is trained to instead ignore the question first, look at the number of marks assigned for it, [etc.] ...
"[Our test gaming is] giving the very false impression that [our] students are innately geniuses. [But] throw them a real life situation which requires understanding certain concepts to solve, and you'll end up with the impression that our top students seem to be quite incompetent, while a lot of 'B' students will actually figure out a solution to that situation." 22
Despite the question marks, Asians are no slouches. We see their aptitude for structural engineering and mechanical engineering, both in past centuries as the present, from the cities they build to the high tech CPU and GPU chips the produce. Korean children raised from a very young age in middle class Belgian and American families apparently develop average IQs of 118-122. Even if you apply an " IQ norm inflation" of 5 points, you still arrive at a mighty impressive 113-117.
So, who knows, if Far East Asians take a more western approach to life and education, they might even score higher than they do today with all the little test manipulations and overstudying. Most likely though, if white westerners get a bit more motivation for beta subjects and the Far East Asians stop gaming tests and work a bit on "independent thinking", scores are likely going to be very comparable. After all, we've seen IQ tests in places as The Netherlands and Finland of 106-107. White U.S. students have scored 103 in PISA in just one modern test. It seems to mainly just be a question of interest and motivation. Far East Asians like robots and their own "honor" more; white people freedom, creativity and social affairs.
The only reason Far East Asians probably didn't rule the world before white people did so, is due to their (extra) repressive governments and philosophies resulting in a lack of pioneering and independent thought. China, for thousands of years, has had its Confucian master-servant system. Next, it was held down and culturally destroyed by Mao and his economic and cultural communism. Japan, from 1603 to 1868 alone, went through the Tokugawa Period, an isolationist, Confucian- and Bushido-inspired dictatorship based on master-servant relationships in which the merchant class were lowly servants of the Samurai families. Japan barely interacted with the outside world at all during this period. This mindset is likely the only thing that kept the Far East Asians from competing at an earlier stage with white society all over the world.
And now we have the supranational western "globalist" government, with its white replacement agenda, clearing the way for them.
APA study on cognitive abilities: blacks (85), whites (102), East Asians (106)
Below is another oversight taken from a 2005 paper that appeared in the journal of the American Psychological Association:

The above chart may possibly to be skewed a little against black people and in favor of whites, but overall much seems to be accurate. I personally was surprised to learn that indeed gestation differences of about a week exist between black and white people, although the evidence seems to point out that Asian people too have a shorter gestation time, similar to black people 23 - which is counter to the claim we find in the above oversight. Then again, I did not do in-depth research on this and North-East Asians differ quite a bit from South or South-East Asians in terms of intelligence, and thus most likely certain biological traits as well.
East Europe's gypsies: Indian-heritage, smaller skulls, IQ of 80 vs 101

Skull measurements relating to IQ got a bad reputation after World War II, because authors of Hitler-inspiring books such as 'The Passing of the Great Race' (1916) heavily based themselves on the 1899 book 'The Races of Europe', written by a certain William Z. Ripley. The book introduced a "Cephalic Index" for skull measurements for people around the world. Some of the skulls are rounder or narrower than others, in which manner different "races" were determined. It wasn't particularly scientific.
Despite that, it has been documented by more modern mainstream IQ researchers that there exists a "weak but statistically significant correlation of the order of .15 [15%] to .25 [25%] between IQ and head size." 24 In one case, for example, it was found that East European gypsy children, which hail from India and have an IQ of 80, compared to non-Gypsy children of just over 101, also had a smaller skull circumference. 25
The low measured IQ with Gypsies sure could explain why Gypsy/Roma people are notorious street beggars and pickpockets, why they don't clean up their slums as Lunik IX, and why they face so much "racism", even in Eastern Europe. 26
Keep in mind that the term "Roma" has nothing to do with "Romanians", even though Romania harbors quite a few "Roma", a.k.a. "Gypsies".
Adopted from birth by whites: black (IQ 89), white (IQ 106), Korean (IQ 120)
Below is an example of a study with black and white children, all of which raised by middle-class white foster parents, that appears to reveal a 17 point genetic IQ difference between the white and black race. Click on the image to open the full report:

In contrast, a 1989 study with 19 adopted Korean children in white Belgian families revealed an average IQ of 118, about 12 to 18 points higher than whites. 27 In a 1992-published study, in which Korean children adopted into white American middle class families were analyzed, they measured an average full IQ of 122, which is the average of verbal, performance, processing speed, and short-term memory IQs. It measured 119 when sticking to the common average of verbal and performance IQ. See a few screenshots from this study below:

There is at least one more study of Far East Asian children having been adopted into white families. University of California, Berkeley professor Arthur Jensen concluded about them as a whole in 1998:
"Three independent studies of Asian children (from Cambodia, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam) adopted into white families in the United States and Belgium have found that, by school age, their IQ (and scholastic achievement), on average, considerably exceeds that of middle-class white American and Belgian children by at least ten IQ points, despite the fact that many of the Asian children had been diagnosed as suffering from malnutrition prior to adoption." 28
To say if the IQ of East Asians really is in the 120 norm when adopted into white families, in white society, would require a few additional studies. However, there's every indication that the IQ numbers of Far East Asians are on the high side. It's not just about their test scores in school, or the high technology they build. Even people in the Chinese backlands and in Mongolia have average IQs of 101 or higher.
IQ scores of blacks in the West: 85-87, versus 100 for whites
The basic U.S. black-white IQ gap as documented in a National Longitudinal Surveys of Youth study, including a number of additions:

The same average 84-87 IQ number has been observed in blacks in the UK.
U.S. SAT scores: shows whites 10-14 points higher IQ than hispanics-blacks
Statistic on American SAT scores, taken to determine college and university levels, can be found below. This test deals with reading only, so the total points here are 800. Another 800 are reserved for math, bringing the total to 1600. These tests often are not taken by students not suited or willing to go to college or university, so the scores will be higher than if the entirety of the population would take part in them.

These numbers may not mean much to non-Americans. In order to be competitive for a major university, a score of 650 for reading and 750 for math - 1,400 total (correlating to an IQ of 135 or higher) - is roughly the minimum required. While since 2008 many black students can even get into Harvard with scores lower than 550 due to anti-white race quotas (total score likely around 1100, or an IQ of 115), traditionally, for those that score lower the advice has been:
"Students who score a 480 or higher on this section have a 75% chance of earning at least a C in entry-level college courses in literature, writing, social sciences, or history." 29
Whatever the cause, this means that the average white person or (Far East) Asian is suited for minor state colleges, assuming they work hard. This does not go for Mexicans and even less blacks. They are going to have to find some extra motivation.
If we look general conversations for SAT to IQ 30, we find that a total score of 860 (430 x2) correlates to an IQ of 98.6. A total score of 1040 (520 x2) correlates to an IQ of 112. This gives us a 14.4 point difference, very similar to what we see in all other IQ tests between whites and blacks. Hispanics with a total score of 940 (460 x2) gives us an IQ of 103. That's a 10 point difference, and as always sitting right in between whites and blacks.
With these calculations we looked at the 1992 numbers, as in this period there was the least amount of race mixing. There is not much difference though with the numbers for 2014. It still should be noted that American blacks already carry an average of 27% white genes and score much higher on IQ tests than African or Caribbean blacks: about 85-87 nationwide compared to 99-101 for whites (in line with 18% gap in the SAT tests), with primarily verbal/intellectual and fluid reasoning (problem solving and such) lagging behind. This is much less so for 'Processing Speed' and 'Working Memory', which sits at almost the same numbers for white and black.
OECD PISA scores converted to IQ: U.S. black (84), white (103), Asian (103-108)
In 2000 the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) produced its first Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) report, based on its expanding number of member and partner countries. The results are given for 'reading', 'math', and 'science', each with a maximum of 600 points. The latter category has not been analyzed in much detail by the author, because the results are quite similar to 'math' in particular.
The regular OECD reports do not contain any distinctions between race. However, it is clear that behind-the-scenes the OECD does have at least some of this raw data available. A 2007 paper of the U.S. Department of Education revealed the scores per race based on the 2006 PISA scores. Subsequently these PISA scores were converted to an IQ score here. 31 The numbers are quite recognizable:

Comparing PISA scores over longer periods of time than merely 3 or 4 years, as the OECD has usually done, quickly reveals some worrying, if not apocalyptic, trends, at least for Europe and the English-speaking world. In the previous section we already demonstrated that the cause is Third World immigration, but, in this section, let's pretend, we are just casual observers who have no awareness of this. Because, in the end, it doesn't take a genius to spot these problematic trends:

Based from data on a number of additional PISA charts, the following conclusions can be drawn:
- Already right from 2000, PISA scores were dropping year-on-year, especially for mathematics.
- In 2000 12 western countries sat above 500 for 'reading'. In 2022 only four were left: Ireland (516), Canada (507), the U.S. (504), New Zealand (501). In other words, not a single country anymore from mainland West-Europe was represented in this most prestigious category.
- In 2003 13 western countries scored above 500 for 'mathematics'. In 2022 only Switzerland was left in this category.
- Conversion to IQ have been added, because it much clearer shows how the West is in decline. Based on PISA scores, most western countries used to have a (white) IQ ranging from 100 to 106, with in particular southern European countries lagging behind. But now almost every western country has dropped down into the 90s. Some even into the 80s.
This decline was so dramatic that even the OECD stopped ignoring the issue and pointed it out on its website 32 and in its 2022 PISA report. 33 The following charts could be seen in this report:

Granted, this report was released after continuous COVID lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, possibly causing a slightly sharper decline. As can also been seen above though, this trend always was visible, right from the start. Even Eastern Europe, where Third World immigrants are coming in at lower rates, seems to befall the same fate as western Europe, with about a decade of delay.
One of the early OECD charts where this emerging trend clearly could be seen was the following 2006 one, where reading performance between 2000 and 2006 was analyzed:

Despite mostly still being small, two-thirds of OECD countries, including almost all western countries, showing a decline in student performance during these years is extremely worrying, especially if, as the OECD report claimed, there had been considerable increases in educational expenses in most countries. It doesn't take much of an intellect to deduce that this trend is likely only to continue if circumstances don't chance - and that is exactly what we see with the added 2022 data. At the time though, the OECD decided to stick its head in the sand, concluding:
"Performance in PISA reading has remained broadly similar between PISA 2000 and PISA 2006. [But] a number of countries saw a decline in their reading performance between PISA 2000 and PISA 2006: nine OECD countries (in descending order) – Spain, Japan, Iceland, Norway, Italy, France, Australia, Greece and Mexico, as well as five partner countries, Argentina, Romania, Bulgaria, Russian Federation and Thailand. ...
"This, in itself, is noteworthy because most countries have significantly increased their investment in education in recent years. ... In the short period between 2000 ... and 2004, the average increase amounted to 22% and in 6 OECD countries to between 30 and 61%. ... Between 1995 and 2004 expenditure per primary and secondary student increased by 39% in real terms..." 34
References to "Table 2.6" in the report supposedly showing all the increases in educational expenses led to nowhere, but in a 2003 OECD report we can see that from the early 1990s to 2003 increases took place in 'Governments' overall expenditures to higher education', generally between 20 and 30%. These included Australia (50%), Ireland, Belgium, France, Austria, Canada, Norway, Denmark, and Switzerland, as well as lower-performing countries Spain and Greece. Finland actually cut student funding by 20%, but continued to be a top performer for some years still. 35
In the same 2006 OECD report as the above chart for 'reading', also the trending chart for 'mathematics' was discussed. Also here the OECD stuck its head in the sand, claiming:
"Mathematics performance has remained unchanged between PISA 2003 and PISA 2006, the difference of 2 score points for the OECD average not being statistically significant." 36
The 2022 data once again shows this to have been a clear underestimation of the situation. The changes in scores were a tell-tale sign of an impending avalanche:

It should be kept in mind that not only extra funds towards education wasn't a solution, but also other measures have been failing, at least in the long run. These measures include:
- Keeping failing immigrant children - elementary school and high school - at school until at least 16:00. Times of 14:45 to 15:15 used to be the universal norm.
- Specific "booster programs" for teachers to specifically help them give effective lessons in language and math. 37
- Despite the extra hours and more effective way of teaching, still limit or fully get rid of music, drama, gym, history, and geography classes to spent (much) more time on language and math - simply to boost PISA scores.
- The hiring even of persons as assistant teachers who only have a "propedeuze" / "propaedeutic certificate" (which you get after successfully completing the first of four years of education) to try and fill the increasingly enormous shortage of teachers.
- Boosting or trying to boost teacher salaries.
The author experienced all this as an intern at elementary schools in the 2012-2013 period. It has also been reported on in the media since, generally as a "success story". 38 Be that as it may, reports keep coming out that everywhere where these "booster programs" are not, results are dramatically declining, just as the OECD PISA scores show:
"Dutch students are increasingly scoring worse in mathematics, reading and science. Their performance has dropped significantly in recent years. One in three 15-year-olds is unable to understand what is written in a text, compared to one in eight in 2012." 39
The problem is, even if they help in increasing grades, the above extra measures change the entire culture of school and take away from "being a child". You're delegated to being an extension of the immigration services, with endless complaints made that "teachers now also have to be the parent, teaching the language and basic manners". Besides that, effectively music lessons also boost IQ in ways language and math cannot.
The following observations also were made by the author in the 2012-2013 period:
- White classes with parents who for at least one-third were on social security, were easy to teach. The parents are concerned and the children well-raised from home, even when raised in single parent homes.
- Even in white classes though, way too often there are ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) boys that really should be removed for the benefit of the rest of the class. The constant interruptions and policing, as well as the tendency to steer up other boys, easily takes away 50% of teaching time. It undermines the performance of the entire class, but the government forces you to deal with them.
- Classes with Arabs are very problematic, usually due to the presence of a number of recalcitrant boys, especially Moroccans. Sexual harassment, loud screaming, cursing and contempt for white authority are very common, often under the influence of older brothers. The fathers you seldom see, and the mothers are impossible to talk to. They're all subservient to the husband, they barely speak the language, don't care about white people, and on a sports day with parents they are all huddled together baking Turkish bread.
- Black classes are the apocalypse. Many of the families are broken up, with kids crying about it at school. Basic norms are lacking even more than with Arab children, and also spreads much more clearly to the girls. Focus, order and respect generally are lacking. Bullying each other in a predatory manner is very common, even among girls. Parents often do not care if their children cause problems for white teachers, with quite a few actually seeming to be proud of that behavior in their children. Kicking and punching teachers is many more common than in white schools, always with excuses being made that the child has "emotional problems". Academic performance seldom is anywhere close to noteworthy, with a huge amount of time lost trying to maintain order. Some teachers manage *much* better than others. The ones that can't, all too often are on anti-depressants and regular work leave.
In short, the freefall of PISA scores in the West is caused by Third World immigration. And it will only get worse.
CITO / IQ of second generation immigrants
Below is a statistic from the Netherlands that involves CITO scores from the children of first generation immigrants. CITO tests are taken in the final year of elementary school and dictate to what level of high school children are allowed. For clarity's sake, the author included all high school levels in the oversight, also the ones above any average scores, and attached to each level a (well-documented) IQ. From highest to lowest (with the old, easier to understand system and the usual "street-thinking" that went/goes with them):
- Gymnasium: "Brilliant, but nerdy."
- VWO: "Impressively smart."
- HAVO: "Respectable." You make most parents quite proud.
- MAVO: "Lazy, loser, and maybe a little dumb."
- VMBO: "Dumb, destructive, or criminal."
- ITO: "Retarded."

It has to be said, this oversight largely makes no sense, to the point it would have been discarded if not for an additional study showing the state costs for these immigrant groups. The issues:
- Turks have higher PISA scores and IQ scores than Moroccans and other Arabs, as well as have roughly half the crime numbers of these groups, and yet Turks are at the IQ bottom here, even below sub-Saharan blacks as Ghanaians?
- Nigeria has a national IQ of 69, any OECD study would reveal a PISA score hopefully somewhere in the 300s, British and American blacks have an IQ of about 85, yet much more freshly-immigrated Dutch Nigerians have better academic performances than almost any Arab nations, Spain and even are on par with Australians and Germans? Which have much higher PISA scores than Nigerians ever will?
- According to the same study, these same Nigerians cost the state 300,000 euro per person. Yet, supposedly similar-academically performing Australians, Spanish and German immigrants result in a net benefit to the state?
- Is there really such a big secular-rational difference between Sweden and Australia?
- Not enough scores for western countries have been taken up.
- Are these numbers even separated by race? While Pakistanis and Nigerians are 100% Arab and black, and Chinese and Japanese 100% Far East Asian, it's quite possible that a lot of Germans and other "westerners" here are not (anymore), dragging down the numbers for "westerners". We have earlier in this article seen this is happening in the West. There are anything from Russian and German "Afghans" to French "Moroccans" to Iraqi "Poles" here in the Netherlands. It's hard to say how they are classified in government statistics these days.
So yes, there are too many questions here to take anything at face value.
What can be done is give some additional perspective from the Netherlands: this author was given the VWO/HAVO advice at age 12, indicating a score 540 to 545. At least 33% of an all-white class, at a working class school, received this advice - considered I had 6 girls move to the same class in high school as me (of about 22 kids total). Getting into nothing but trouble, high school was a disaster: from going to MAVO after "V/H 2" (and causing a minor uprising after the teacher added, "That's what you deserve!"), to flunking even at MAVO 3 - to getting a 9 (A) average at HAVO years later, and being a decent B/B+ student at college (with a lot of hard work that is).
In hindsight, one thing has been very obvious: 95% of blacks and Arabs were stuck at VMBO or lower in that period, and the 5 (males) that are remembered, three of them at MAVO, all were beyond dysfunctional. Two Indians too: a little weird, a little nasty (again, males, the women were pretty great). After the MAVO was replaced with VMBO, stories emerged from my old school of an infestation of Moroccans in particular and the usual stories of stabbings and shootings - behavior that since then has spread to the entire country.
If anything, immigration forces white kids to "shape up", because at least in the Netherlands, you don't want to have any lower education than HAVO and HBO college. Traditional MAVO wasn't all that bad. Quite a few underachievers, from skaters and punkers to heavy metal fans - but not dumb at all. The "foreign crowd" is what increasingly gave everything a nasty, hostile vibe - worse than any football hooligan.
The cost of immigrants: +€250,000 for Swedes, -€525,000 for Moroccans, -€600,000 for blacks
The same paper as above, also calculated how much the average immigrant yields or costs the Dutch state over a lifetime. Corporations benefit from the endless supply of cheap labor, at least purely financially, but in terms of tax money - not to mention the social cost - the story is quite different:

John Entine
It might also be interesting to list the "opinion" of John Entine here. In 1989 Entine worked with NBC's Tom Brokaw to produce the sports film Black Athletes: Fact and Fiction. Before that, in 1972, he co-directed the presidential campaign of the super-liberal Senator George McGovern. Then, from 1975 to 1983, he was a producer for ABC shows as Evening News, 20/20 and Nightline. In 2000 his book Taboo: Why Black Athletes Dominate Sports And Why We're Afraid To Talk About It followed and was widely discussed in the media, from the New York Times to The Guardian. In 2002 he joined the neoccon American Enterprise Institute, in 2008 he wrote a book on Jewish intelligence and in 2012 he was the founder and executive director of the Genetic Literacy Project, which is funded by the John Templeton Foundation, the Searle Freedom Trust and the Winkler Family Foundation. In other words, here we have a well-regarded establishment-backed "layman" who has been studying racial physical abilities, diseases and IQ for decades - and in 2009 he was quoted as saying:
"Over the past 50 years, Ashkenazi Jews have consistently tested well above the norm in almost every IQ study. Some the findings were startling. Looking at worldwide population groups, Jews appear at the top of the IQ charts, followed by [North] East Asians, Whites, Arabs, other Asians, Indians, Blacks and Australian Aborigines. Studies have set average Ashkenazi [IQ] at anywhere from 107 to 117..." 40
