Voting in the Managed Democracy - Part II: Europe; Examples of "Suited" Heads of State Groomed for "Democratic" Elections

Intro

This article is a Part II, as well as a "work in progress", of the more extensive '150 Years of Voting in a Managed Democracy: Same Elite Network Behind All Republican and Democrat Candidates; Power from Morgan to Rockefeller to Kissinger'. That article was focused on U.S. administrations and political candidates. This article in focused on Europe, and likely in the future also Canada and Australia. Both articles look at pre-existing direct and closely indirect Rockefeller and other elite ties (largely through Bilderberg, the Trilateral Commission, and other globalist-oriented NGOs) to administration members, as well as candidates for the prime ministership or presidency that did not make it.

The main idea is to look for elite ties when future heads of state still were "nobodies" or relative "nobodies", i.e. not already cabinet members. For example, Gunnar Thoroddsen being elected prime minister in 1980 while having visited Bilderberg in 1966 is not super-interesting, because this person already was a finance minister in 1959-1965. It's not insignificant - far from it - but maybe it also is not good enough to be listed. For the United States it has been quite easy to identify very or relatively early elite ties. For Europe, this appears to be more of challenge for the time being. There are just more countries, more languages, more universities, more (relevant) businesses, with only the tiniest fraction of old "conspiracy literature".

In the past this author identified a considerable amount of future heads of state from Bilderberg and (possibly) Trilateral Commission lists, both groups founded and (largely) ran by David Rockefeller. These notes have been lost for the time being. One day we might try again. In the mean time, added are all relevant names of the first 1993 Davos "Global Leaders for Tomorrow" class, which contained a staggering list of future heads of state.

For the sake of keeping things manageble, at this point we are not looking yet at appointed administration members, such as secretaries of state, defense, finance, etc., as was done in the U.S. article. For now, the focus is purely elected heads of state.

U.K. administrations

Tony Blair Prime minister U.K. 1997-2007.

Together with many top globalists and future heads of state, including Gordon Brown, a member of the first 1993 batch of "Global Leaders for Tomorrow" (the later "Young Global Leaders") of Davos, a group founded and headed by Henry Kissinger- and Maurice Strong-protege Klaus Schwab. 1 That same year, in 1993, Blair received his one and only Bilderberg invitation, being listed as "Member of Parliament (Shadow Home Secretary, Labour)." David Rockefeller was present that year. Kissinger, as was very rare, was not.
Gordon Brown Prime minister U.K. 2007-2010.

Brown received his first and only Bilderberg invitation in 1991. David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger both were present that year. Similar to Tony Blair, a member of the first 1993 batch of "Global Leaders for Tomorrow" (the later "Young Global Leaders") of Davos, a group founded and headed by Henry Kissinger- and Maurice Strong-protege Klaus Schwab. 2

Dutch administrations


A 2023 Dutch election "debate" that starts to feel a lot like all participants have escaped from a 1960s CIA MKULTRA subproject. "Conservative CIA" prime ministers and candidates as Thierry Baudet and Geert Wilders have not yet been addressed here.

Mark Rutte Prime minister of the Netherlands 2010-2024.

Graduate of Leiden University, where the elite Minerva Fraternity is situated, of which the Orange royal family have been generational members, and where multinationals as Shell and Unilever also do a lot of their recruiting. While Rutte was not a member of Minerva - considered "one of the foundations of our ruling elite" - various of his later cabinet members of his were. 3

Chair of the youth organization of the neoliberal-inclined VVD party 1988-1991. From 1992 to 2002 he held mid level management positions at the Dutch-British multinational Unilever, and its various subsidiaries. 4 Unilever is a founding Bilderberg firm through Paul Rijkens and always has been a key firm in financing the globalist movement. It also is part of Davos, for example. From 1993 to 1997 Rutte also sat on the national board of director of the VVD party. In that manner he worked under 1990-1998 VVD head Frits Bolkestein, a former Shell Oil manager and four-time Bilderberg visitor in 1996, 2002, 2003 and 2004, and listed in ISGP's "conservative CIA" article for his mentorship of other "conservative CIA" assets Joshua Livestro and Geert Wilders. When Rutte briefly entered congress in 2002, it actually was Geert Wilders who largely showed him the ropes. In 2006 Rutte became head of the VVD Party.

Only after becoming prime minister in 2010, did Rutte become directly involved in globalist think tanks. Considering this author hasn't found a single news outlet reporting on it, in November 2011 Rutte was part of a fully secret regional meeting of the Trilateral Commission at Palace Noordeinde, hosted by Queen Beatrix and her son, future King Willem Alexander. From there, Rutte went on to become a Bilderberg regular, visiting in 2012-2013, 2015-2016, and all meetings between 2018 and 2023.

Davos Rutte certainly visited in 2013 and from 2019 to 2023. He actually reported at least some of these visits on his official Twitter, giving us a good indication as to the difference in sensitivity between these organizations. Shell chairman and Bilderberg veteran Jeroen van den Veer, Unilever head Paul Polman, a known confidente of Rutte 5, who, as mentioned, used to be a manager at Unilever himself; Queen Maxima and Princess Mabel of Orange, the latter the long-time Soros ally, all visited Davos with Rutte in the 2013-2023 period. Looking at the 2023 participants list, Rutte took along almost his entire cabinet to Davos: the ministers of defense, finance, foreign trade and development, social affairs and employment, infrastructure and water, and two recently-retired secretaries of state. Noteworthy too is that all of these ministers were women, apart from one former secretary of state. While Shell and Unilever had their usual presence, flanking these ministers to Davos were not Van den Veer or Paul Polman for once, but certainly the heads of the three banks that together control over 80% of Dutch banking: ING, Rabobank and ABN AMRO; as well as McKinsey & Co., Heineken, and Randstad, the world's largest temporary ("temp") employment agency. Bilderberg co-chair Victor Halberstadt tagged along as well.

Needless to say, Rutte buried the Netherlands in Third World immigrants and skyrocketed house prices to unpayable levels. He did have a strong habit though to compromise with "the left", or "liberal CIA"-type parties on issues of socialism and environmentalism, making him a bit of full-spectrum globalist.
Rob Jetten Minister of climate and energy under prime minister Mark Rutte 2022-. Head of the D66 party 2023-. Major prime ministerial candidate in the Netherlands in 2023. Vice premier 2024-.

David Rockefeller fellow of the Trilateral Commission since at least 2021. 6 Massive pusher of Third World immigration, even more unrestrained than the neoliberal-inclined prime minister Mark Rutte. Gay.

German administrations

Helmut Schmidt Minister of defense Oct. 1969-1972, minister of economics and finance 1972-1974, chancellor of West Germany May 16, 1974-1982.

Schmidt visited the U.S. for the first time in 1950, representing the bombed-out port of Hamburg at a Chicago trade fair. He met Henry Kissinger for the first time in 1957 or 1958, and was groomed by American elites from there on. As Schmidt himself explained in a 2007 article for the magazine of the Kissinger-co-founded American Academy in Berlin:

"Henry Kissinger and I met for the first time ... at [or around] Harvard ... in 1957 or 1958. ... Thanks to Henry Kissinger, Robert Bowie, and Paul Doty, I was introduced to outstanding American authorities and specialists like Bernard Brodie, Klaus Knorr, General Maxwell Taylor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, George Kennan, Paul Nitze and many others. ... When in the end of the 1960s I became Germany's defense secretary I was able to meet my colleagues in NATO with the same level of knowledge and judgment – thanks to the education I had received earlier from those Americans (and as well from a few British and French specialists)." 7

Visited Bilderberg for the first time in 1966, with David Rockefeller, Rockefeller mentor John McCloy, and Zbigniew Brzezinski also present. This is in between Schmidt being a senator in Hamburg and the head of the Social Democratic Party in the Bundestag from March 1967. Again visited Bilderberg in 1967 and 1969, also together with David Rockefeller. Months after the 1969 Bilderberg meeting, Schmidt became defense minister (1969-1972), followed the post of minister of finance (1972-1974). Anno 1972 Henry Kissinger, the son of Nelson Rockefeller, Rodman; various early neocons, and Helmut Schmidt were members of the (neo)conservative Hudson Institute, which, trhough its CFR founder, Herman Kahn, was represented at the first Davos conference in 1971.

In May 1973 Schmidt again visited Bilderberg, with Baron Edmond de Rothschild and Zbigniew Brzezinski present. Henry Kissinger was mostly serving as national security advisor and secretary of state at this time. Schmidt became chancellor on May 16, 1974, after his predecessor, Willy Brandt was forced to resign on May 7 after it was discovered that one of his key aides was an East German Stasi spy.

Visited the Bohemian Grove in 1982. Founding patron of the 1996-founded neocon New Atlantic Initiative alongside Henry Kissinger, George Shultz and Margarate Thatcher.
Angela Merkel Leader CDU 2000-2018, chancellor of Germany 2005-2021..

Emmanuel Macron President of France 2017-, still anno 2024.

MA in public affairs from Sciences Po, historically France's most elite university. Joined Rothschild & Cie Banque in 2008, and a partner in 2010-2012. He was hired to Rothschild on the advice of the Jewish businessman Alain Minc 10, the supervisory chair of Le Monde (1994-2008), a 1989 Davos visitor and in 2007 a founding member of European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), whose seed funding came from George Soros. A 1999 birthday party of Alain Minc is known to have included Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission and otherwise elite ISGP Superclass Index names as Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Pascal Lamy, Gerard Mestrallet, David de Rothschild, Jean-Claude Trichet, and Vincent Bolloré 11, an old friend of future president Nicolas Sarkozy. In 2008 Minc was named as one of the participants in meetings of the elite Siecle Club in Paris. In other words, no later than 2008 was Macron picked up by France's "kingmakers".

After this, in 2014, Macron was a visitor of David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger's Bilderberg group, being listed as "deputy secretary general of the presidency" of French president Francois Hollande.

A member of the 2016 batch of "Young Global Leaders" (the old "Global Leaders for Tomorrow") of Davos, a group founded and headed by Henry Kissinger- and Maurice Strong-protege Klaus Schwab. Macron already was a popular presidential candidate at this point though. The Young Global Leaders group also had lost its prestige by then.

Italian administrations

Giulio Andreotti Italy's minister of the interior 1954, finance 1955-1958, treasury 1958-1959, industry and commerce 1966-168, defense 1959-1966 and 1974, interior again 1978, foreign affairs 1983-1989, prime minister 1972-1973, 1976-1979, 1989-1992..

Protege since at least 1942 of Monsignor Montini, known as Pope Paul VI from 1963 to 1978. A devout Opus Dei member from early on 12 and an eventual Knight of Malta. 13 Met with David Rockefeller from 1967 until some time in the 1970s within the secretive intelligence-Opus Dei/Knights of Malta liaison group Le Cercle Pinay. 14 Rockefeller was joined by Henry Kissinger in Le Cercle Pinay 15, all of which is relevant for the CIA's anti-communist "Strategy of Tension" in Italy. 16 Andreotti apparently was among those Cercle members considered "too reactionary" for David Rockefeller for an invitation to Bilderberg or the Trilateral Commission. 17
Romano Prodi Prime minister of Italy 1996-1998, 2006-2008. President European Commission 1999-2004.

Until November 1978 a teacher at the University of Bolognia, where he apparently gave the police an accurate tip on the Red Brigades and the kidnapped prime minister Aldo Moro based on a seance. From November 1978 to March 1979, he was Italy's minister of industry, commerce and craftmanship under prime minister Giulio Andreotti, the long-time Rockefeller-Kissinger associate within the "Strategy of Tension"-tied Cercle Pinay group by that time. In contrast to Andreotti, Prodi is considered the founder of Italy's centre-left.

Prodi's first visit to David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger's Bilderberg group occurred in 1980. He joined the steering committee in 1981, and subsequently visited in 1982, 1987, 1990 and 2009. From 1990 to May 1993, Prodi was an international advisory director at Goldman Sachs 18, the most dominant bank within Bilderberg looking at advisors and executives moving into this group.
Mario Monti Italy's minister of economy and finance 2011-2012. Prime minister of Italy 2011-2013.

Scholarship to Yale in the late 1960s. Economics professor at the University of Turin 1970-1985. President of the European Money and Finance Forum (SUERF) 1982-1985. Regular of David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger's Bilderberg group between 1983 and 2015, much of it as steering committee member. Member of the David Rockefeller-founded Trilateral Commission since at least 1985, and its E.U. chair until 2012.

Spanish administrations

Olof Palme Leader of the Social Democratic Party 1969-1986. Prime minister of Sweden 1969, 1976, 1982-1986. Assassinated in 1986.

Palme's first visit to Bilderberg already was in 1965, with David Rockefeller, Marcus Wallenberg, Sir Siegmund Warburg, Prince Bernhard, Prince Philip, and Gianni AGnelli among the other participants. A second visit took place in 1973. This is one of the few meetings without David Rockefeller, but Zbigniew Brzezinski and Baron Edmond de Rothschild were among the partipants that year. Marcus Wallenberg was present again as well. Palme visited Bilderberg a third time in 1984. David Rockefeller and Peter Wallenberg were among those present.
Mona Sahlin MP from Stockholm 1982-1986, 2002-2011. Minister of labor 1990-1991, labor and small business 1998-2000, immigration 2000-2004, environment 2004-2006. Deputy prime minister of Sweden 1994-1995. In 1995 deputy prime minister Sahlin was the favorite to succeed prime minister Ingvar Carlsson. However, at that point it was found out Sahlin had made many private purchases on her work card, leading to the "Toblerone affair" and she being forced to withdraw from politics for 3 years. Chair of the Swedish Social Democratic Party 2007-2011, and the first chair not to serve as prime minister since 1907. Chair of the Council of Europe Against Racism.

Joined the Swedish Vietcong Party in 1970 in support of this anti-American communist guerrilla in Vietnam. 21 Her brother, Jan Andersson, became a punk rocker, likely with antifa undertones, and served as a guitarist for a punk rocker named Ulf Lundell 22, who has a decently extensive Wikipedia. Her father, Hans Andersson, was a "director of various youth care schools, later a housing expert in the Social Democrats' party board, chairman of the Nacka workers' municipality and an expert for Prime Minister Ingvar Carlsson." 23 Carlsson was the deputy prime minister of Sweden from 1982 until 1986, when prime minister Olof Palme, a Bilderberg visitor in 1965, 1973 and 1984, was assassinated. Carlsson was Sweden's next prime minister in 1986-1991 and 1994-1996, but never visited Bilderberg himself.

Sahlin has been included here for a number of extreme White Replacement-type statements she has made.

In 1988-1989 Orban was sent to Oxford University on a Soros Foundation fellowship 25 to study under old Bill Clinton mentor and Hegelian Dialectic expert Zbigniew Pelczynski 26. Subsequently, in 1993, with many top globalists and future heads of state, Orban was a member of the first batch of "Global Leaders for Tomorrow" (the later "Young Global Leaders") of Davos, a group founded and headed by Henry Kissinger- and Maurice Strong-protege Klaus Schwab. 27
